My Background
Hi, I’m Sophie — founder of Sophie Grace Interior Design and a professionally trained Interior Designer from the KLC School of Design in Chelsea Harbour, London.
I launched my studio to offer flexible, down-to-earth interior design that works around real life. I love creating bespoke packages, working with trusted local contractors, and helping clients feel confident in their design decisions — whether online or in person.
I’ve got a soft spot for Georgian elegance with a playful twist, but I really love it all — from vintage finds to contemporary calm. I’m also trained in SketchUp, a clever 3D tool that lets you visualise your space before committing to a design.
My Design Philosophy
At Sophie Grace Interior Design, I believe great design isn’t just for the glossy magazines — it should be accessible, approachable, and most of all, personal. That’s why I created my Online Design packages, making it easier than ever to get expert help, no matter where you are.
For me, it’s not just about making things look pretty (though I do love that part!) — it’s about creating spaces that feel good to live in. I take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, and what makes you tick, then use my training and instinct to shape a design that’s both beautiful and brilliantly practical.
The Process
Design should feel exciting, not overwhelming — and that’s exactly how I like to keep things. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach, working closely with you to make sure every detail feels just right for you and your home.
From our first chat to the final finishing touches, I’m by your side to guide, suggest, nudge (gently!) and bring everything together. Whether it’s an online consultation or a full in-person design package, I aim to make the whole experience feel relaxed, friendly and totally tailored to you — no design diva behaviour here, promise.
The Process
I’m based in Watford, Hertfordshire, and work with lovely clients in nearby areas like Berkhamsted, Bushey, Ruislip, Pinner and beyond. If you're local, I offer in-person design services tailored to your home and lifestyle.
Not nearby? No problem! My online design packages mean we can still work together, wherever you are in the UK — no postcode required.
