Once you’ve found the package that feels right for you, the first step is getting in touch. We’ll start with a Zoom call to chat through your space and what you need help with - whether that’s figuring out the right layout, nailing a colour scheme, or just making your home feel more "you." This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where I take a full brief, get to know your style, and (for online clients) guide you through how to send over measurements and photos. If you’ve chosen an in-person package and you're local, I’ll pop over and do all of that for you.

From there, I get to work designing. 

Every design is tailored to your space and lifestyle, and might include layout suggestions, colour palettes, sourcing furniture, and working out exactly what fits where. Once the design’s ready, I’ll present it to you - either over Zoom or in person - and clients on the in-person package will have the chance to tweak things with a round of revisions. No matter which package you choose, you’ll receive a clear and detailed handover pack that summarises your design, with tips on how to style your space.
